Previous Travels on the South Coast

A local fishing from the rocks adjacent to beach road. Square head is in the right of the shot, and Batemans Bay in the left.

In the summer of '05/'06 we did a lot of travel around the Batemans Bay area, building our stock of images. We will try and share the best of these with you, as well as keep you up to date with more recent movements. So to start with we will post some pictures of Batemans Bay itself.

This picture was taken on a beautiful summer's day from the promenade.

This shot of the iconic bridge was taken on the beach adjacent to the 'on the pier' restaurant. They have great food and its a beautiful spot to dine.

Batemans Bay at dusk, taken from the bridge. There is often a bit of cloud cover, morning and night, which make for great colours in the sky.

Batemans Bay at night from the Northern shore. The lights of the town and bridge create quite a pretty effect at night on the water. I recommend checking it out if you haven't seen it.

gorgeous pics, Cam and Alan :)

My fave so far is the fishing shot - the colours are bright and cheery but still natural and soothing, and and I just get drawn into it.
